Returns & Exchanges
At Highland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty rituals; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original Highland packaging or a sturdy mailing box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our studio, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
